Guacamole

2 small cloves of garlic, chopped or crushed
1 red chili, seeds removed and chili finely chopped
2 green onions,  finely diced
1/2 tsp cumin (can be skipped)
juice from 2 limes
2 medium well ripe avacados
1/4 tsp salt (Himalaya or sea salt)

Prepare the garlic, chili and green onions and squeeze the juice from the limes.
Mix the garlic, chili, green onion, cumin, lime juice and salt  in a big bowl.
Remove the “meat” from the avacado with a spoon and mash with a fork. Mix everything together.
