The bread you have to try

This is one of the best breads I’ve tried and it’s not complicated to make at all. You can add seeds, sundried tomatoes, garlic or dried berries as you desire.

1 dl (deciliter) = 100 ml

2 1/2 dl whole spelt
2 1/2 dl fine spelt
1 dl sesame seeds
1 dl sunflower seeds
1 dl unsweetened shredded coconut
1 dl chopped nuts (e.g. walnuts, pecans, cashews…)
1 msk aluminum-free baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp honey
2 – 2 1/2 dl boiling water
1 tbsp lemon juice

Pre-heat the oven to 355°F (180°C). Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add honey, water and lemon juice and mix.

Put parchment paper in a bread baking tin and pour the dough in. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Take the bread from the tin and continue baking for about 10 minutes.
