Healthier sweets

Wonderful coconut treats

These come together in just minutes and it’s great to have on hand in the fridge when you feel like having something sweet. You can make a few versions: pure coconut, chocolate (with cocoa powder) or pure coconut covered with chocolate.

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil (at room temperature)
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cocoa powder (if you want to make the chocolate version)


Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Pules a few times until everything comes together.

Roll little balls in your hands, about 1 tsp or bigger if desired.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
