Amazing healthy chocolate treats

Amazingly good treats that are easy to make. Great for having in the fridge when you get an urge for something sweet.

1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 1/4 cups 70% chocolate, drops or finely diced
2 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup dried cranberries (or goji berries)


Melt together peanut butter, honey, coconut oil and chocolate in a pot over low heat. Stir until the chocolate is melted.
Take the pot off the stove and add oatmeal and cranberries.
Stir until everything is well mixed.
Put the mixture in an 8×8 square cake pan covered with parchment paper (or a silicone pan).
Put in the fridge and cool until it’s hardened a little, 2 hours or more.
Dice into little cubes.
