Amazing healthy chocolate treats

Amazingly good treats that are easy to make. Great for having in the fridge when you get an urge for something sweet.

1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 cups oatmeal
1 1/4 cups 70% chocolate, drops or finely diced
3/4 cup dried cranberries (or goji berries)


Melt together peanut butter, honey and coconut oil over low heat.
Take the pot off the stove and add oatmeal, chocolate and cranberries.
Stir until the chocolate is melted.
Put the mixture in a big square pan covered with parchment paper.
Put in the fridge and cool until it’s hardened a little, an hour or more.
Dice into little cubes.
