This chocolate is perfect as a host gift, for family and friends or just to eat yourself.
2 cups 70% chocolate
dried cranberries
unsweetened coconut
pistachios
a little coarse salt (e.g. Fleur de sel)
or any other toppings you desire
————-
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. Pour the chocolate on a baking sheet with parchment paper on top and spread it with a spatula. The size should be around 20×30 cm. Spread the nuts, coconut or whatever toppings you want to use. It’s good to push the bigger pieces in the chocolate a little so they will stick better, like I did with the nuts and the cranberries. Cool in the fridge for at least an hour or until the chocolate is hard enough to break. Break or cut into pieces and enjoy.
