Recipe for two. Ideal to add as much vegetables as you like on the “pizza”.
large chicken breast, seasoned to your liking
two thin whole wheat pita breads
Bake the chicken breast at 215°C (425°F) for 30 minutes. Cut into bite size pieces.
Put a thin layer of the salsa sauce on the pita breads and put the chicken and a little shredded cheese on top. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the breads are a little crispy. Top with a few splashes of sour cream and lettuce/vegetables of your liking.
