Snickers raw cake

Bottom layer:
1 cup almonds and sesame seeds (soaking in water)
1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
1 cup dates

– Everything put in a food processor and mixed. Put in a glass cake pan and compress with your fingers.

Middle layer:
1/2 cup cold pressed coconut oil
1 cup organic peanut butter, or around 200 grams
2 cups cashew nuts (soaking optional)
1/2 cup agave syrup or organic honey

Everything put in a food processor and mixed. Spread evenly over the first layer.

Top layer:
Melt 70% chocolate or make your own:

1/4 cup organic honey or agave syrup
1/2 cup cold pressed coconut oil/cocoa butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder

I used 56% organic chocolate which was very good.

Put in the freezer for a few hours or put it in the fridge if you’re planning to eat it soon.
