Peanut butter muffins with banana and chocolate

These are very easy to make and contain just a few ingredients. These are gluten and dairy-free and don’t have any white sugar.

250 gr smooth peanut butter
2 very ripe bananas
2 eggs
60 ml maple syrup (or honey)
40 gr cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt

Mix the peanut butter, bananas, eggs and maple syrup well together. Add the cacao powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt and gently mix together with a spatula.

Divide the batter into 12 muffin liners. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
